Tellihealth BINGO turns your daily health readings into a chance to win cool rewards. The more often you check your vitals, the more chances you get to win. It's that simple!
How to Play
1. Get your BINGO card from your Tellihealth care coordinator.
Each card is valid only for the month listed at the top of the card.
2. Take your readings every day.
Use your Tellihealth device(s)—like a blood pressure monitor or glucose meter—to check your health.

3. Get your Bingo number.
Numbers are drawn at 10pm Central Time each night. Each BINGO number is only valid on days that you check your health.
4. Mark your card.
Mark your card Any straight or diagonal line of 5 numbers wins!
5. Collect your prize.
Call your Tellihealth care coordinator when you have a “BINGO” and they will send your prize.
Tellihealth BINGO players can receive a fun prize each month that they win!
