Once completed, you will receive an email with your RMA number. You are required to include the RMA details with your return.

 

Please include a pre-paid envelope/box with your RMA so that we can return the device to you. Please note packages without return payment will not be returned.

 

Please also note we do not warranty cellular issues, and we will not warranty devices that do not come back in the original packaging.

 

We will attempt to fix and test any device RMA’d device to our facility on a first-come, first-serve basis. A device that cannot be fixed will be warrantied with a new device.
